Re-keying
Applicant details, locations and values are typed from ACORD forms and SOV spreadsheets into rating tools and trackers, one field at a time.
Exlify reads the emails, ACORD forms, statements of values and loss runs brokers send, checks each package for completeness, and hands your underwriters a clean, structured case. No re-keying.
In short
Exlify Submission Intake turns broker submission packages into validated, structured underwriting cases. It reads every attachment, flags what is missing or inconsistent, and sends the finished case to the rating, underwriting or policy system you already use.
Submissions arrive as email threads with attachments in every format. Someone has to open each one, type the data into a system and work out what is missing before an underwriter can even look at it.
Applicant details, locations and values are typed from ACORD forms and SOV spreadsheets into rating tools and trackers, one field at a time.
Missing loss years, unsigned applications and schedules that do not add up are often found days later, after the file reaches an underwriter.
Every package is read by a person before anyone knows the class, the size of the risk or who should pick it up.
Each step is configured by your team: the fields you need, the rules that define a complete submission, and where the case goes next.
Exlify watches your submissions inbox and opens every email and attachment as it arrives.
Multi-model AI reads ACORD forms, SOVs, loss runs and schedules without templates, so a new broker format works on day one.
Your completeness and consistency rules run on every package. Gaps and mismatches are flagged, with the reasoning written next to each value.
Your team reviews only the exceptions. Clean cases post to your rating, underwriting or policy system through APIs or file integrations.
AI reads the documents. Your rules decide what is complete. People approve the exceptions.
Scanned carrier loss runs, 400-row SOVs and supplemental applications are the documents that slow teams down. They are the ones Exlify is built to read.
The engine behind Submission Intake is in production today, reading complex invoices for finance teams: multi-page layouts that change by sender, line items, fuzzy matching against master data and posting to downstream systems. A submission package is the same kind of problem.
New layouts are read without building a template first.
Every AI-filled value carries a written explanation, not just a confidence score.
Field prompts and completeness rules are edited in the platform, with no engineering ticket.
A dedicated Azure instance with its own database and storage. SSO and MFA supported.
No long evaluation. You see results on your documents before you commit to anything.
Send 20 to 50 past submissions from one line of business. Sanitized copies are fine.
Within 10 business days we show you the extracted cases, the gaps Exlify found and the time per submission.
If the results hold up, we agree a fixed-scope, paid pilot on live submissions for 6 to 8 weeks.
No. Exlify sits between the broker inbox and your systems. It reads and checks each submission, then sends the structured case to the rating, underwriting or policy system you already run.
Broker emails and their attachments: ACORD applications, statements of values in Excel or PDF, carrier loss runs including scanned copies, supplemental applications and schedules such as locations, vehicles and drivers. Extraction is template-free, so a new broker format does not need a new template.
Exlify checks each submission against your completeness rules and flags what is missing or inconsistent, such as a short loss history or totals that do not match the schedule. Your team sees the gaps before an underwriter picks up the file.
Yes. Send a sample of past submissions, sanitized if you prefer. We run them through Exlify and show you the extracted cases, the gaps it found and the time per submission. If the results hold up, we agree a fixed-scope pilot on one line of business.
Each customer runs a dedicated instance on Microsoft Azure with its own URL, database and file storage. SSO and MFA are supported.
The extraction, validation and workflow engine is in production today, processing complex invoices for finance teams. Submission intake runs on that same engine and is being rolled out with insurance design partners.
Inbox triage, claims documents and underwriting support on the same engine.
